Ernesto White Port Syrup is a fresh-tasting syrup made by slowly maturing white port with herbs and spices. It pairs beautifully with young cheeses and fish.
Its syrupy consistency also makes it ideal for plating and garnishing dishes. The ideal viscosity is achieved at 18 degrees Celsius.
