This syrup is made from one of the world's best-known sherries, produced from Pedro Ximénez grapes. The delicious recipe uses natural ingredients: a fine blend of herbs, spices and citrus fruits. The main flavours are fennel, orange, cloves and bay leaf. This aromatic combination gives the syrup a delicious liquorice-and-currant flavour. Wonderful with strong cheeses, fine ham or pâté. It is also excellent served warm with meats such as barbecue dishes, game and stews.
