Morelli Linguine Egg Truffle 250 g is a Tuscan egg pasta containing 1.29% summer truffle, made according to an authentic recipe. Its subtle truffle flavour makes this linguine ideal for refined Italian pasta dishes.
This pasta is made with wheatgerm ground into the flour, then worked by hand and slowly dried for 36 hours at 45–50 °C. This contributes to its distinctive texture.
