This versatile blend combines smoked paprika, oregano, thyme and mustard into an aromatic mix perfect for poultry, beef, roasted vegetables and especially freshly cooked fish. Sprinkle or rub it on and leave to marinate briefly for extra depth when grilling, frying or roasting.
The Cajun rub contains: salt, sugar, smoked paprika (15%), mustard (12%), chilli, garlic, onion, cumin, black pepper, oregano (4%), thyme (3%) and parsley.
