This organic minestrone soup from Kleinstesoepfabriek is inspired by an authentic Tuscan recipe. Traditionally, shepherds made this soup using whatever seasonal vegetables and herbs were available. The vegetables are first gently fried in olive oil, then combined with a rich stock for a full, savoury flavour.

This soup is carefully prepared in an artisanal factory in Groningen, using traditional methods and sustainable production supported by 658 solar panels. The result is a rich, generously filled soup with pure Mediterranean flavours.
