Les Comtes de Provence Red Fig 340 g is an artisan preserve from Provence, made using the traditional 'confiture cuite au chaudron' method. With 65 grams of red figs per 100 grams of product, it has a rich, full flavour with the natural sweetness and soft texture of ripe figs.
This preserve is made with pure cane sugar and natural pectin to retain its authentic flavour and fine texture. Versatile fig preserve is delicious on fresh bread and an excellent accompaniment to a cheese board.
