Ambrosius White is based on white wine enriched with Dutch linden honey and various organic herbs. These include coriander, liquorice, vanilla, cinnamon, aniseed, cocoa, hyssop and sweet orange. This delicious combination of sweet wine, honey and herbs makes Ambrosia White ideal as an aperitif or dessert wine.

Ambrosius tastes best served at room temperature. Chilled, Ambrosia can make a surprising sangria with white fruits such as peach, grapes, apple and pear.
White Ambrosius is also delicious in cooking. Add a dash to cheese fondue or use it in salad dressing.
