[6601] De Halm - Speltvlokken 500 gr BIO
De Halm Organic Spelt Flakes 500 g are made from spelt, an ancient grain related to wheat. Spelt is known for its delicate, characteristic flavour and versatility in sweet and savoury dishes.
Spelt is particularly well suited to organic cultivation and is traditionally processed after the grain is removed from its protective husk. These flakes are delicious as a base for warm breakfast porridge, but can also be used in muesli, baking or other dishes.
Cooking time is approximately 10 minutes, followed by around 5 minutes of resting.
