Terms and conditions

• We deliver free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium for orders of €500 or more excluding VAT.
• For all orders under €500 excluding VAT, we charge €35 in transport costs.
• The surcharge for transport to the Wadden Islands is €40 when delivered by Voets Specialiteiten. We can also deliver to the mainland via an external carrier.
• Returns will only be taken back by the driver if they have been reported with the order and approved by Voets Specialiteiten.
• Orders must be placed according to your delivery day, which we will confirm when you become a Voets Specialiteiten customer. You can submit your order up to two working days before your delivery day. 
• Delivered goods remain the property of Voets Specialiteiten until the invoice amount has been paid in full.
• Delivered goods must be checked for missing items together with the driver.
• The information on our website is compiled and maintained with the utmost care. Despite this, you may encounter errors or typos. We accept no liability for such errors.
