Accessing, correcting or deleting data

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent to data processing, to object to the processing of your personal data by Voets Specialiteiten, and to data portability. This means you may ask us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you. You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw consent or object to processing, by contacting us at  bram@voetsspecialiteiten.nl. To make sure you submitted the request to access your data, we ask you to provide a

copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, black out your photograph, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This protects your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, and within four weeks. Voets Specialiteiten also wishes to point out that you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), the national supervisory authority, using the following link:

Voets Specialiteiten takes the protection of your data seriously and implements appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
