This fine chocolate bavarois mix is perfect for filling cakes and tarts. Mix the powder with water and fold into unsweetened whipped cream. Spread the bavarois directly onto the cake or tart base and leave to set in the fridge. For a light summer cake, combine the bavarois with our Moscovisch sponge cake mix and fresh strawberries. Half a portion (50 grams) is enough for one filling layer.
