Olive oil with natural black truffle aroma is made in a historic mill in Umbria, near San Feliciano. Since 1890, the family has processed olives from the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno. Current owners Alessio Tambone and Michela Niccolini began pressing olives in 2013, selecting them from particularly prized olive trees.

FOI's aim is to make the highest-quality extra virgin olive oil with a perfectly balanced taste using traditional cold pressing. Their olive oil has aromas of fresh herbs and artichoke.
