[13000] Di Nonna Pippina - Orecchiette 500 gr
Like all Le Bontà di Nonna Pippina pasta, orecchiette are made from semola di grano duro (durum wheat semolina). They are shaped like little hats or ears, 2 to 3 cm across, using a bronze die. The hollow is pressed into each pasta disc with a thumb before the pasta is dried.
This shape is perfect for holding sauces, for example broccoli or tomato sauce.
