Morelli Fettuccini Pasta Olives 250 g is a Tuscan pasta with the distinctive savoury flavour of olives, made according to an authentic recipe. It pairs well with Mediterranean ingredients and forms an excellent base for various Italian dishes.
Morelli pasta is made with wheatgerm ground into the flour, then worked by hand and slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature of 45–50 °C. This gives it a characteristic texture.
