Morelli Foglie Spinaci/Ulivo 500 g is a Tuscan pasta with a distinctive shape resembling olive leaves. Its light green colour comes from the addition of spinach, creating an eye-catching presentation.
Morelli pasta is worked by hand and slowly dried for 36 hours at a temperature of 45–50 °C. Its leaf shape holds sauces well and pairs beautifully with creamy sauces, pesto, vegetables and other Italian ingredients.
