Maldon Smoked Sea Salt Flakes 125 g are the smoked version of the famous Maldon sea salt with its characteristic pyramid-shaped flakes. The salt has been harvested on the English coast near Maldon, Essex, since 1882, using a largely traditional, artisanal process.
These salt flakes are smoked over oak wood, adding a deep smoky character to the pure salty flavour of sea salt. Their fine texture makes them ideal as a finishing touch for a range of dishes.
