Spicy, smoky & slightly sweet: the perfect rub for any barbecue. Sprinkle or rub NOMU BBQ Rub onto meat, poultry, fish or vegetables. Cook immediately or marinate before roasting, grilling, frying or slow-cooking over hot coals. Especially delicious on lamb, beef burgers and steak, it adds subtle heat and wonderful barbecue flavour, whether under the grill, in the oven or over an open fire. 

The BBQ rub contains sugar, smoked paprika, salt, coriander, black pepper, garlic, mustard, onion, parsley, marjoram and cumin.
