Les Comtes de Provence Apricot & Almond 340 g is an artisan preserve made in copper kettles using traditional Provençal methods. With 65 grams of apricots per 100 grams of product, it has a rich, full fruit flavour. The sweet taste of ripe apricots is enhanced with flaked almonds for a subtle nutty note and a touch of amaretto as a delicious finishing touch.
This preserve is made with pure cane sugar and natural pectin to retain its characteristic texture. Delicious on bread, with cheese, in desserts or as a flavourful addition to baked goods.
