The Mango Colada Cocktail Mix creates a cocktail that will put a big smile on your face all year round. This wonderful mix of flavours is quick and easy to prepare! Fill a bottle, cocktail shaker or measuring jug with 200ml rum and the contents of the pouch and leave to infuse for at least 24 hours. Just before serving, add 400ml coconut milk and 200 ml water. Shake well! Pour into glasses through a strainer. You can also make this cocktail alcohol-free! Replace the rum with 200ml boiling water and infuse for three hours instead of 24. Now you have a delicious mocktail!
