Foodelicious Pear Vinegar 200 ml is a fresh, sweet vinegar preparation with a pale-yellow colour and pleasant fruity pear flavour. Its 3% acidity provides a fresh, slightly tart finish that beautifully balances the sweetness of pear.
Delicious in salads with lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes and avocado, and surprisingly good with smoked salmon or grilled chicken. Its fruity flavour also pairs perfectly with strong blue cheeses such as Gorgonzola and Blue Stilton.
