Ambrosia honey wines, made with ingredients including organic herbs, have been available since the early 1980s. For over 30 years, these trusted, valued, flavourful wines have been produced in the Netherlands and appreciated for their natural ingredients. The base wine comes from Mediterranean Europe. Our food philosophy draws on the Mediterranean and Cretan diets: a healthy lifestyle built around wine, herbs, honey, olive oil, plenty of vegetables and fish, as well as chicken, lamb or beef in moderation.
