Antica Salina
Antica Salina extracts sea salt through the natural evaporation of seawater in salt ponds. Sea salt from Trapani contains 98% sodium chloride along with valuable trace elements, important for a healthy, balanced diet. It also adds wonderful flavour to many foods. Fine and coarse sea salt are available in various packaging formats, which we can customise to the customer's needs. Alongside these popular varieties, we also introduce Fleur de Sel.
