BeemsterGarlic
Beemster Garlic is a family business that has grown garlic in the North Holland Beemster area since 1986. Its passion for garlic starts with the special soil chosen in the region and continues until the bulbs reach the shop. Beemster clay soil gives fresh garlic strength, quality and, above all, flavour. When harvested around July, the garlic has bright green stems and gleaming white bulbs. The bulbs are always processed fresh to preserve their mild, fresh flavour.
From Dutch soil
Beemster Garlic grows garlic in the fertile clay soil of the Beemster, producing strong, flavourful bulbs straight from North Holland.
Carefully harvested
This family business has worked with care and craftsmanship since 1986. Every bulb is carefully selected and freshly processed for the best flavour and freshness.
From garlic bulb to jar
All fresh garlic bulbs at Beemster Garlic are processed by hand. Sometimes a clove is damaged during peeling or cutting, making the bulb unsuitable for retail, even though its flavour and quality remain excellent. They give this garlic a new life by turning it into garlic purée.
