Mostaardfabriek De Kroon in Beveren, Belgium, still makes mustard the traditional way. The factory has a rich history: four generations of the Moortgat family ran De Kroon until Natasja Waterschoot took over in 1998. Since then, the craft has continued with dedication and respect for tradition.
