In the 1950s, grandfather Attilo Cerasani began baking and selling bread from a wood-fired oven. Selling bread was an important way to provide for his family. He later started baking biscuits too, which were sold in ever-greater quantities. These high-quality biscuits and pastries embody the Cerasani family's commitment to quality. Many years later, the family gave up bread production to focus entirely on making biscuits the traditional way.
