Domaine Paul Mas

Domaine Paul Mas's history began over a century ago, when Auguste Mas cultivated nine hectares of vineyards in the Midi. In 1934, his son Raymond Mas bought Domaine de Montredon, and in subsequent years Raymond's sons Paul and Maxime expanded the estate to more than 120 hectares. Today, Paul's sons Jean Claude and Michel manage the domaine. The vineyards are spread across several nearby areas of the Midi with distinctly different climates and soil conditions. The philosophy of 'Les Domaines Paul Mas' is to preserve the character of the soils and grape varieties while creating wines that meet modern preferences: plenty of fruit, concentration, colour, aroma and flavour.
