Juan Andreu Hernández sells its products under the 'la Pescadería' brand. La Pescadería alioli is known for its distinctive Mediterranean flavours of garlic, sea salt, real free-range eggs and a touch of lemon juice. Made with the finest refined vegetable oils, it consists primarily of unsaturated fats.
