The jam makers of Haute Provence have specialised in preserves since 1986. Haute Provence is famous for its culinary traditions, with each village and town having its own speciality. With 300 sunny days a year, it is an ideal place to grow fruit. The preserves are made with cane sugar instead of regular sugar and contain no artificial additives.
