Morelli Linguine Corn BIO 250 g is an organic Tuscan pasta made from corn, specially developed for people who want or need to avoid gluten. The corn gives the pasta a natural golden-yellow colour and a characteristic texture.
Traditionally prepared and slowly dried for 36 hours at 45–50 °C, this gluten-free linguine cooks in approximately 7 to 9 minutes. Combine with vegetables, pesto, tomato sauce or fish for a delicious gluten-free Italian meal.
