Giuliano Tartufi Truffle Tapenade 1% 80 g is a flavoursome truffle sauce made from mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, black olives and 1% summer truffle. This versatile Italian delicacy combines the earthy taste of truffle with a rich, savoury base and is ideal for cooking.
Warm approximately 15 to 20 grams per person for a few minutes to bring out the best flavour. Delicious as a dip with crostini, a filling for small appetisers or a tasty addition to starters and main courses. Also perfect stirred into pasta, gnocchi and risotto, perhaps combined with crème fraîche, melted cheese, béchamel sauce, butter, oil or mayonnaise.
