Domaine Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Cabernet Sauvignon – Merlot Vin de Pays is a powerful, elegant red wine made from 56% Cabernet Sauvignon and 44% Merlot, from low-yielding 19-year-old vines. It has aged for seven months in partly new oak barrels, adding depth and refinement.
The wine has a deep purple colour with ruby-red highlights and an elegant, complex structure. On the palate, ripe dark fruit and subtle oak notes come together in a full-bodied, structured and harmonious wine with a long finish.
Ideal with red meat, game dishes and mature cheeses.
