Gordal olives are extra-large, elliptical fruits with a slightly heart-shaped appearance. These pitted olives are pale green, with thin skins, small whitish flecks and pleasantly firm, juicy flesh. Their flavour is mild.
You rarely find table olives that taste this good and keep so well!
Sun-dried tomato and capers add extra flavour to the olives.
