Step 1: Fill the bottle with a spirit containing at least 30% alcohol and store it in a cool, dark place. Let the wood work its magic; over time, it will release its flavours and colours. Step 2: Leave the bottle to mature. Eight weeks is recommended, but feel free to experiment with longer ageing for even more fascinating results! Step 3: After eight weeks, filter your homemade drink. Pour it out carefully, making sure no pieces of wood end up in your glass. Cheers!
