Sweet-and-sour white balsamic vinegar made from white grape must and white wine vinegar, flavoured with lemon and ginger.
Delicious in salads, but also with cooked vegetables, pizza, noodles, rice, meat and carpaccio. Also excellent in soups, bittersweet sauces, as a bread dip or in marinades.
