With a pleasantly balanced, fruity, sweet-and-sour flavour, this balsamic vinegar is perfect for salads, vegetables, marinades or vinaigrettes for meat and fish, and as a bread dip. This bittersweet vinegar is made from cooked grape must, combined and matured in wooden barrels for 60 days. It has a minimum acidity of 6%, in accordance with IGP/PGI regulations. The longer it matures, the thicker it becomes.
