Wajos Whisky Balsam 250 ml is a refined speciality based on white wine vinegar and enriched with whisky vinegar for a surprisingly distinctive character. Made with carefully selected ingredients, it offers a rich, expressive and balanced flavour.
The flavour is mildly acidic with recognisable whisky notes and a warm, distinguished finish, adding a unique and refined touch to various dishes. Acidity: 5%.
Ideal for winter salads with lamb’s lettuce, pear, nuts, grapes and blue cheese. Also delicious as a base for a special dressing with olive oil, mustard and honey.
