With this Cuvée Rosé, Neolea combines a 300-year-old French method with three forgotten grape varieties from a 6,500-year-old winemaking culture, resulting in an innovative wine of exceptional quality. After 15 months of maturation, the bubbles are finally ready: a unique biodynamic wine from northern Greece. Made from 97% Xinomavro and 3% Limniona, extra brut and with an alcohol content of 12%. This refined sparkling wine combines tradition and innovation.
