Cow's Milk Cheese Fondue: a delicious combination of Jersey cheese & tangy matured cow's milk cheese. Contains no alcohol, making it particularly suitable for children. Jersey cows are smaller and produce less milk, but their milk is exceptionally creamy and rich in fat and protein. This gives the cheese an extra full flavour, which you can taste in this fondue. The tangy matured cow's milk cheese is traditionally made at Mekkerstee and aged there until it reaches just the right maturity to add a pleasantly sharp note to the fondue.
