[9915] Torras - Hot Cacao Mix 180gr
Torras Hot Cacao Mix 180 g makes it easy to prepare rich, creamy hot chocolate with an intense cocoa flavour.
The mix is easy to prepare: first dissolve the powder in a little cold milk or water, then add boiling milk and heat while stirring until thoroughly hot. For an extra-thick, almost chocolate-like drink, simmer gently for a few more minutes, stirring continuously.
The flavour is rich yet smooth, with pronounced cocoa intensity that comes through in both light and fuller preparations.
Preparation instructions for 1 litre of milk (4 to 5 cups):
1. Dissolve the mix in ¼ litre of cold milk or cold water.
2. Add ¾ litre of boiling milk and place over the heat. Keep stirring until it boils.
3. For thicker hot chocolate, stir continuously over a low heat for 4 minutes.
This hot chocolate mix is gluten-free!
