[2017] Dolcital - Mandorle 180gr

Soft nougat bar containing 40% almonds. Dolcital selects only the finest almonds and honey for its products. Mediterranean almonds are a particular favourite: their typical slightly bitter taste perfectly complements the sweet nougat. Wildflower or acacia honey is used most often, although organic Monte Grappa honey is preferred for speciality nougat. The nougat is cut to display the carefully selected almonds used in the product.
