Convenient for home use: finely chopped fresh garlic! This garlic purée consists of 96% garlic cloves. Bulbs with peeling or cutting defects are used to reduce waste. The fresh bulbs are pressed or chopped using a special process that separates the cloves from the skins and roots, leaving only pure garlic cloves in the purée. The purée is pasteurised, with a little sea salt and lemon juice added to extend shelf life. This gives it a fresh, mild taste and a shelf life of one year before opening. Once opened, it keeps refrigerated for another four months.
